My goal as an educator is to introduce and empower people of all ages to see the value and benefits of technology in all aspects of life. Working with different generations, the ability to embrace change, innovation, and technology is apparent. No matter the age of the person, technology only becomes valuable when one realizes how to apply it to their own life.

With a plethora of new apps, gadgets, STEM toys, smart devices, and other technology being introduced every day, it's hard not to feel overwhelmed. Where do you start? What is worth your time? That's where I feel I come in. With my experience as an educator, specializing in technology, I can see beyond the fancy features and really evaluate the benefits of software or hardware. From here, I can help introduce those pieces that can be of greatest value.

Empower.

Once new technology has been introduced and adopted, people are often hesitant and unsure of their abilities to learn something new. As an educator, my role is a facilitator. With proper scaffolding, I help create an environment with experiences that allow people to grow and see their potential as a learner. I empower them so that they have the confidence to take their learning as far as they desire. From here, the possibilities are endless.
